The Columns’ Ayala Avenue buyer tells all

Every time Liza Fadol sees the three towers of The Columns, Ayala Avenue, she feels a flush of excitement. Liza is the proud owner of a unit in Tower 3 of the much-talked-about hi-rise condo, and she can’t wait to move in.

"I work in Makati," she explains, "and right now I am commuting from Taguig every day. With the traffic, especially in the evening, it can take me almost an hour to get home."

Liza anticipates being able to jog on the seventh floor Recreational Club in safety and security, and enjoying the resort-like pool and other amenities. She also enjoys the thought of going down to the Ground Floor for a cup of coffee, even going back to The Columns during lunch, thanks to its location so close to her office.
