Sta. Rosa Heights, one of the most innovative energy-saving projects of Empire East Suntrust (Empire East Properties, Inc.), kicks off its site development this January.
Situated along the Sta. Rosa-Tagaytay National Road, the 23-hectare Sta. Rosa Heights is set to change the face of the suburban landscape as a groundbreaking community that blends a Spanish-Mediterranean aesthetic with the most modern of conveniences.
The development showcases five Spanish-style enclaves called Villa del Santa Rosa (Phase 1), Andalucia del Santa Rosa (Phases 2 and 3), Sierra del Santa Rosa (Phase 4) and Jardin del Santa Rosa (Phase 5). All phases offer a choice of duplex and triplex homesâ€â€dubbed Bianca and Helina, respectivelyâ€â€as well as residential lots from 66 square meters and up.
Both Bianca and Helina feature a classic Spanish-Mediterranean theme with their red long-span roofs, decorative railings and arches. While the architectural styles date back to 1915, the homes abound in energy-saving and comfort features such as insulated roof and walls, an attic floor and a carport. Thoughtful conveniences include continuous water supply, an overhead electrical distribution system, a perimeter fence and a guarded entry point.
A full range of play amenities is provided for residents to enjoy. Vista del Santa Rosa, a 20,030-square-meter clubhouse, sits next to a lagoon-type swimming pool, basketball court, Zen garden and landscaped areas with cascading water and rock formations. Also provided are a children’s playground, jogging lanes, 20-meter-wide avenues, a commercial center and village shops for each of the community’s five phases.
Besides a family-friendly master plan, the development boasts a superior location bordering the provinces of Laguna and Cavite, giving residents easy access to key destinations.
For those who do business within the vicinity, the Laguna Technopark, Carmelray Industrial Park and Light Industry and Science Park not to mention the manufacturing plants of companies such as Coca-Cola, Ford, Fujitsu, Honda and Procter and Gamble are nearby.
Meanwhile, the PNP Academy, Don Bosco School, Adventist University of the Philippines, St. Scholastica’s College, Sta. Rosa Country Market, Paseo de Sta. Rosa Mall and the Manila Southwoods, Canlubang and Sta. Elena golf resorts are a short commute away.
From Sta. Rosa Heights, the Tagaytay boundary is only 10 minutes away, while Tagaytay Circle is only 18 minutes away. The South Luzon Expressway-Sta. Rosa Exit is only a 15-minute drive, and from this main thoroughfare, traveling to the offices in Makati takes only an hour.
Sta. Rosa Heights is an attractive investment for middle-income home buyers, with affordable terms as low as P4,700 a month.
