It is within the Central Business District, only steps away from the "shopping and dining capital", and the city’s most posh villages. Residents have constantly been raving about one of the condominium’s special features, he reveals. "Go to the lagoon swimming pool at 10 a.m. Those are the Makati CBD’s peak hours. You won’t hear anything; it’s so peaceful and quiet. You’re not in Makati, but you’re in Makati! You have all the trees and open space, but you’re in the middle of the city," he enthuses.

Rafael says that One Roxas Triangle’s amenities, interiors, and furnishings are simply superior to other luxury condominiums. Aside from the pool, homeowners have taken a liking to the high-rise’s tennis court, air-conditioned squash court, and fitness gym.
