Step One introduces low-density, Swiss-style condo

Step One Property Builders Inc. (SOPBI), a leading developer of branded residential communities in urban centers, has just introduced to the market a low-density, Swiss-style condominium project called Bon Vivant A La Maison Swiss Condo. A four-level building with only 50 residential units, it is suited to young and growing families, busy professionals and the upwardly mobile group who want condominium living with minimum fuzz and minimal care.
The appeal of this condo lies in its style, low density and quiet suburban location: Switzerland Street, Better Living Subdivision, Parañaque City. The upscale Alabang Business District, commercial establishments, schools, offices, hospitals, churches and banks are just a few minutes away, while cosmopolitan The Makati Central Business District and commercial center are within a short driving distance.
A La Maison blends condominium facilities with a Swiss-inspired design. The 30-sq. meter studio units are suitable for people who prefer to go it alone or with companion. Bigger families can choose between 69-sq. meter two-bedroom units and the two-level penthouse units.
"The units are designed to optimize daily practical living," says SOPBI president and CEO Jacqueline S. Lim. "Although small, the spaces provide the owners enough room for creativity in achieving a fashionable look," she adds. Amenities include spacious parking slots, an elevator, a multi-purpose hall, a playground and landscaped areas.
Another thing that sets A La Maison apart from other condominium projects is its affordability as units are priced to fit the buyers needs and budgets. The prices are P1.1412 million for a 30-sq. meter unit and P1.141 million for a 60-sq. meter unit with two bedroom or three bedrooms. The 24 percent downpayment is payable in 20 equal monthly installments with no interest. Balance is payable through Pag-ibig, bank, or in-house financing. The first 10 buyers get a 15 percent discount on the total contract price.
Editha L. Manansala, executive director for marketing, assures unit owners of the best quality of budget friendly homes. "Those who want a good investment will go for properties like this," she says. "With easy and flexible installment terms and buyers incentives, Step One makes it easy for families to have their homes or invest in real estate," adds Nikko Donato, SOPBIs sales and marketing manager.
