Like a verdant green pasture, Nusa Dua at Tanza, Cavite is now a wonderful sanctuary for leisurely living. What once was a brown expanse of land is now a sight to behold.

A fun-filled event was prepared by Nusa Dua recently for its weekend farmers and guests. Existing weekend farmers warmly welcomed the new farm lot owners. Copies of the Transfer Certificate of Titles and farmer’s starter kits were given signifying the beginning of a leisure farm life that encourages the appreciation of the earth’s bounty.

From the main gateway, designed as a replica of the ruins found in Nusa Dua, Bali, Indonesia, the scenery becomes nature’s landscape of full grown fruit trees, green grass carpeting the children’s playground and park and a tree house made for children’s play. Anticipating that its weekend dwellers will look for restful spots to spend their days of relaxation, the Nusa Dua park has provided comfortable seating areas under the shade of mature trees. During cool, breezy afternoons, Balinese inspired gazebos makes an ideal lounging area to nap or read a book.

With some of the amenities already available, the buyers have discovered Nusa Dua as a new and ideal venue for celebration. Weddings and children’s parties are now being held at the park.
