March 6, 2004 | 12:00am
Art has never been this good before . . . and never this intense.
Rockwell Land Corporation has added to its list of posh project development, Joya at Rockwell-a twin tower residential condominium located at the east side of Rockwell Center, the prime self-contained community located right in the heart of Makati.
Joya consists of two high-rise residential towers, the North and the South, with 46 stories and 44 stories respectively. Architects Willie V. Coscullella and Hart Howerton of San Francisco are responsible for the elegance and beauty of these high-rise condominiums. The masterminds behind the artful interior are Guillermo J. Valdez of California, Arlen P. De Guzman Design Associates and Erfe & Associates.
In a class of its own, Joya towers offers one, two and three bedroom units that come with hardwood floors, built-in modular wardrobe cabinets for the bedrooms, imported floor tiles for the kitchens, modular kitchen cabinet system, imported floor tiles and stone vanity countertop for the bathrooms. Provisions for cable TV, two telephone lines and water heater connections are also included.
As its piece de resistance, Joya unveils the ultimate living space: the lofts. These are sold bare, a rare characteristics found in urban high-rise structures. Available in one-bedroom and two-bedroom units, the lofts are in an artists dream come true. Unit owners are given a free hand at the over all concept and design of their loft. You can create your own haven by adding in your own version of staircase, ceiling or bedroom. Joya at Rockwell provides you with your very own canvass. The entire picture will depend on how far your imagination and creativity will go.
Just like the artist it was named after, Joya is a master. Reinvent . . . create. . . live!
