Globe Asiatique offers high-end lifestyle at affordable rates

Globe Asiatique is offering a unique financing scheme starting with a "no down payment equity". Qualified Pag-IBIG members may borrow up to P500,000, of which the difference from the actual selling price shall be paid to Globe Asiatique over a maximum period of 18 months, depending on the buyer or on the construction of the units.

To illustrate, Mr. Lee explains, "For a P650,000 unit, P500,000 shall be covered by your loan with Pag-IBIG with a term of 25 years at 10% interest. The remaining P150,000 equity shall be paid by the buyer at no interest to Globe Asiatique. Even then, we cut the amount of equity to be paid to 50%, in effect, making the buyer pay initially only P75,000 over a maximum period of 18 months or as soon as the units have been delivered to them. The remaining P75,000 of the equity shall be paid for the next two years, simultaneously with their 25-year term loan with Pag-IBIG. There is no lump sum payment."

The Mediterranean-inspired project consists of 18 six-storey buildings, with 84 units per building. All the units shall be delivered to the buyers fully finished and completely ready for occupancy.
