November 8, 2003 | 12:00am
Leading affordable housing developer Empire East Properties Inc. is holding a grand open house on Nov. 16 from 8 a.m. to 3 p.m. for its Governors Hills township project in Gen. Trias. Cavite.
The grand open house will adopt a carnival theme featuring clowns, face painting and playground sets for children. Other highlights of the event are a puppet show for guests and special promos for buyers of single-detached and duplex units in Phase 1, 2 and 3 as well as triplex units in other phases.
Available in six Mexican-Californian-inspired designs, the single-detached and duplex units feature one to five bedrooms along with a garden, attic and carport. The triplex units, on the other hand, feature a European theme and come with up to three bedrooms, a carport, a garden and an outdoor patio. With floor areas of up to 120 square meters, the homes are available for as low as P7,800 a month.
Governors Hills is a thriving community with impressive facilities such as a basketball court, an upcoming science school and 16-hectare commercial complex plus a clubhouse, swimming pool and childrens playground slated for construction soon. The commercial complex will host a mall-type central area for a variety of specialty stores and boutiques and a commercial strip lined with banks, offices, gasoline stations and fast food outlets.
Located along the bustling Governors Drive, west of the South Luzon Expressway, the 89-hectare development is close to industrial zones such as the First Cavite Industrial Estate, Gateway Business Park and the Laguna International Industrial Park. It is accessible from Metro Manila via the Aguinaldo Highway and the Coastal Road. A short drive away are top educational institutions such as La Salle, Immaculate Conception Academy, AMA Computer Center, Philippine Christian University and the Philippine Womens University.
