The property development company Sta. Lucia Realty & Development, Inc. recently announced its construction of a new residential project in Iloilo City. The project, Monte Rosa Residential Estates, is the developers second in Iloilo City. Monte Rosa is located in Barangay Mandurriao and is being conceived to become a landmark neighborhood for this capital city.
For this project, Sta. Lucia Realty partnered with landowner La Filipina Uygongeo Corp. to develop 57 hectares of land into one of Iloilo Citys most prestigious neighborhood, distinct from the current mill of subdivision developments. The residential estate occupies a prime location and is near the citys education and university belt, elementary andsecondary schools, commercial establishments and government offices.
As with other Sta. Lucia real estate projects, Monte Rosa will be a self-contained community with recreational facilities for residents. The planners of Monte Rosa conceptualized a Spanish-American theme that will define the appearance and construction of landmark structures such as its landscaped entrance gate and community clubhouse.
