‘7 Dolores Place’ gets HLURB permit

The Board of Commissioners of theHousing and Land Use Regulatory Board (HLURB) has approved the development permit for the 7 Dolores Place, a residential condominium on No. 7 Main Ave., Cubao, Quezon City, Quezon City.

Charlie V. Gorayeb, chairman-chief- operating officer of owner-developer Goram Development Corp., said that government approval of the project will speed up the company’s contribution to the successful implementation of the medium and high-rise building (MHRB) program of the Housing and Urban Development Coordinating Council (HUDCC).

Housing Secretary Michael T. Defensor chairs the HUDCC and HLURB, while lawyer Romero Federico S. Quimbo is Pag-IBIG fund president-CEO.

With the government’s MHRB program on stream and Pag-IBIG Fund support for the project construction, Gorayeb stressed, uninterrupted project completion is assured.

The condominium project offers one of the most affordable packages in the market. Most units are priced below P1 million, with no down payment, only P5,000 condominium association membership fee, P4,000 monthly payment for 24 months, and P8,500 monthly starting the 25th month onwards.

"And all these bargains," Gorayeb underscored, "in a project with upscale features and amenities, and prime location – some 200 meters from EDSA, convenient distance to Farmers Plaza and Santolan MRT Stations, Greenhills Shopping Center, and walking distance to the upscale Mariposa St."

The 7 Dolores Place architectural and engineering plans have been fashioned to provide affordable and comfortable residential units in prime Metro Manila areas, according to leading designer Turalba and Associates and Goram Development Corporation,

Application forms for membership in the condominium association which will be submitted to Pag-IBIG Fund for processing, may be secured through fax or e-mail from Vitus P. Cruz, interim president, 7 Dolores Place Condominium Association, tel. 723-4922; fax 723-4920; e-mail: goram@mind-gate.net.
