Another milestone for Filinvest Land's Brentville International
November 9, 2002 | 12:00am
Young VIPs Kevin Ko, Ralphson Javier, Sammy Bujaimed and Daniel Angelo Bellarmino, assisted by their parents and officials of Filinvest Land, Inc. made a pretty picture as they dug into the ground with their shovels to mark the beginning of a new community landmark the main clubhouse of Brentville International.
Brentvilles varied residential clusters now hum with the energy of a lived-in environment. Families with young children who are enrolled at nearby Brent International School make up a noticeable segment of the resident mix. Expatriates with long-term contracts, assigned to the Calabarzon Industrial Parks in Laguna lend an international air to the community.
Katherine de los Reyes, a long-time resident of the Prominence residential cluster, moved from Alabang to be in the exclusive, well-landscaped community at Brentville. "I work all the way in Makati but I find it worth the trip to come home. I open the window and look out to a refreshing view of green fields. From November to March, I hardly use air-conditioning. And walking around Brentvilles park-like environment is wonderful."
Brentvilles five residential clusters, namely: Sunshine Place, Meridien, West Parc, Prominence and Woodmore Spring are separate, self-contained neighborhoods with their own amenities and cluster entries. The Mediterranean design adopted for the stylish homes, enhances the general appeal of the impressive gated community. Avenues are lined with shade trees and date palms. Floral hedges brighten walkways that link one residential cluster to the other. "We have made it a point to select shade trees and date palms to give it that nice look of distinction," says Alex Fuentespina, Filinvest landscape contractor who is also a lot owner in Sunshine Place.
Outside Brentvilles gates, residents have a choice of great lifestyle options. Enchanted Kingdom is but a stones throw away. Golfing dads get a chance to play golf in the nearby golf clubs. Moms get their fill of shopping at Festival Mall in Filinvest Corporate City in Alabang. On weekends, young adults get to fulfill their high for extreme sports by driving to the nearby dive spots and race tracks or simply get together with friends at the cafes and restaurants in Alabang.
During the recent groundbreaking ceremony for the main clubhouse and amenities, Filinvest Land, Inc. president Joseph Yap stressed the significance of having the main clubhouse as the center for social interaction and family oriented activities. When completed the main clubhouse shall have facilities such as swimming pools for adults and children, basketball and tennis courts and the multipurpose social hall.
Aside from the young VIPs, residents and investors Alex Fuentespina, Anthony Kauffman, Roel Leuterio and Edwin Belarmino were on hand to witness the event.
Filinvest invites prospective residents to a tour of Brentvilles world-class environs. Call 772-2745/76 for an appointment or visit our showroom at the 2nd Floor of The Village Front commercial building in Brentville, Mamplasan, Laguna.
