Landco launches Lucena mall

Leading property developer Landco Pacific Corporation launches another innovative commercial project, the Pacific Mall Lucena, a world-class shopping destination targeted to the needs of consumers in Quezon and surrounding provinces.

The Pacific Mall Lucena is the third in a series of developments — from NE Pacific Mall in Cabanatuan to Pacific Mall Legazpi in Bicol — which promises to be another breakthrough project for Landco, a frontrunner in the lifestyle real estate market.

With the project, Landco Pacific Corp. reinforces its position as a regional force in Luzon as well as in the Visayas and Mindanao by pump-priming the local economy and generating an added source of income for the communities they serve. It also remains at the forefront of the most innovative real estate developments in the country, having lined up the completion of over 2,000 hectares of current and future real estate projects that are expected to further boost the company’s income for the year 2002. These projects include the launch of Leisure Farms in Lemery, Batangas which is an agro-tourism residential producer that caters to Metro Manila customers, and Terrazas de Punta Fuego in Nasugbu, Batangas, the second phase of Landco’s highly successful flagship project, Peninsula de Punta Fuego.

Situated in the heart of downtown, the three-storey Pacific Mall Lucena will be anchored by the Metro Gaisano department store and supermarket featuring a complete mix of merchandise amid an appealing architectural ambience. Aside from offering an array of retail shops, the new mall will also feature four-state-of-the-art cinemas plus a wide selection of restaurants, café bars and fast-food chains to choose from. The new mall will have a total floor area of 48,000 sq. m.

The Pacific Mall Lucena is a development of the Pacific Mall Corporation, a joint venture company of Landco Pacific Corporation and the Metro Gaisano Group of Cebu. The Gaisano Group is recognized for its successful chain of Metro supermarkets and department stores in Legazpi as well as key cities in the Visayas such as Cebu, Mandaue and Colon Metro Gaisano Lucena, which will serve as anchor for Pacific Mall Lucena, is also one of Gaisano’s chain of Metro stores.
