California Garden Square lifestyle unveiled

-
California Garden Square, a cluster-type residential-commercial project of housing developer Empire East Land Holdings, Inc. now rising at the corner of Libertad and Calbayog Streets in Mandaluyong City, promises to make life easier for would-be homeowners with school-age children by providing and nurturing an active learning environment right within the community.

Recognizing the need to provide reputable and affordable child especially for busy families, California Garden Square is putting up its own nursery and daycare center.

Intended for toddlers, the daycare center will teach children basic concepts and skills at play. Professional standards and practices will be maintained through a competent staff to assure parents that their children are left in the best of hands.

The nursery school, which can accommodate up to 150 children in s a separate two-level building, will provide a strong foundation for intellectual and emotional growth to prepare children well for the next step in the educational ladder.

The nursery will offer a comfortable setting complete with storytelling areas, books, playing blocks and a variety of interactive devices as well as numerous outdoor parks and play areas. It will also keep a low teacher-student ration to provide a much more intensive and personalized mode of construction.

"California Garden Square’s learning facilities will meet the emotional, social, physical and intellectual needs of the young as they discover the joy and wonder of learning. Our highly trained teachers will see to it that the facilities are of a high standard," Empire East first vice president Maricen Jalandoni said.

In addition to these high-caliber learning centers, California Garden Square offers a number of deluxe recreational features such as a 1,150-square-meter pool deck consisting of a free-form pool with a gazebo bridge, a wet bar, wading pool and a sun-bathing area, along with a clubhouse with a gym and an indoor squash court and a Rodeo Drive-style, 33-unit commercial arcade lining Libertad Street and serving as a one-stop shopping destination.

Empire East’s sprawling urban enclave also boasts a tree-lined interior road, two wide entry/exit points, landscaped rotundas and surroundings, a flower garden, a palm court and decorative trellis. Each building is equipped with a provision for Internet access, high-speed elevators, stand-by generators, cisterns and water tanks, an audio intercom system and a smoke-detection system.

Currently, the development is proceeding with concrete pouring on the third and fifth levels of the Burbank and Dayton clusters while its topped-off Anaheim cluster is undergoing finishing and masonry works for all of its four towers including the installation of windows and doors.
