The Home Suite Loan has five different loan programs and two payment modes that customers can choose from. A client has five options to help them come up with the most suitable package depending on which life cycle they are in: LotAcquire, HomeAcquire, HomeConstruct, HomeImprove and the HomeFlex.
They can also choose between the standard amortization payment scheme and the unique customer protect financing plan is a unique scheme that makes it easier for customers to project their financing expenses since it pre-determines the clients monthly amortization. In effect, it protects clients from interest rate fluctuations until loan maturity. East West Bank has always been attuned to the different consumer demands. "We also realized that pricing alone does not constitute an attractive home loan package.
