Bloomfields model units in Quezon City

-
Affordable homes in desirable locations are a dime a dozen, especially during these thriving times when the market has become discriminating in their choices.

Not so in the case of Bloomfields, a subdivision development of Robinsons Land Corp. (RLC) located in Quezon City. The first phase of the project was sold out during the pre-selling mode. This prompted RLC to open the second phase, which is likewise well accepted by the market. RLC believes that Bloomfields stood out among the other development in nearby areas because of its "easy own" scheme. Priced from P2.9 to P4 million, the scheme allows buyers to pay 30 percent of the total price within 24 months, interest free. The buyer can then apply for a bank loan for the 70 percent of the balance. Proximity to Robinsons Place Novaliches and Big R Supercenter is also an ultimate advantage of the project.

Interested buyers can now visit the site in Novaliches, Quezon City where model houses namely Venues, Dianne, Serena and Martina have been set-up to assist them in their selection process. Each model unit possesses its own personality and character, leaving a mark on the buyer on how beautiful their homes would be. Plus there is enough space for a garden.

Take the case of Venus, two-bedroom single detached house, which has a total floor area of 85 sqm. Lito C. Bautista of OCB+Associates Architects was tasked to design this model house unit. The designers opted to created space by painting the walls with white as natural lighting flows in from the high ceiling. Natural colors and earth tones are suggested to compliment the minimalist approach. Natural colors and earth tones are suggested to compliment the minimalist approach. Glass blocks, ledges, and rich wood finishes compliment the overall design. A wall and cheerful ledge upon entry strikes the foyer leading to the main areas of the house. The combination of glass block and rich wood finishes of the bar extremely separates the living area from the dining area. A viewing verandah, on the second floor has been integrated into the design, while below it is a one-car garage. There are two bedroom set-ups on the second floor: a tastefully designed master's bedroom in understated tones and a second bedroom, which can be used by the children.

The Dianne model house, on the other hand, is a three-bedroom single detached house, with a total area of 112 square meters. The talented and enterprising Catherine Carunungan of Carunungan & Partners Co. handled the design and execution of the Dianne Model House. She and her team had a young family in mind when they came up with a concept for the Dianne model house. A spacious living room with high ceiling has been integrated into the design. A bedroom is located at the ground floor, which can easily be converted into a family TV room and double up as a guestroom. Homemakers will fall in love with the kitchen design, U-shaped kitchen, which provides a lot of counter spaces and cabinet spaces for a more functional design. A lot of activity can take place in this area: cooking, food preparation plus it is accessible to the dining area which large enough to accommodate a six-seater dining table. A mixture of teakwood, glass tops and natural fabrics all contribute to the warm and pleasant atmosphere of the ground floor area of the house.

The master's bedroom, with its own toilet and bath at the second floor is a spacious suite with lots of light and ventilation. Cheerful choices of colors have been applied without necessarily compromising the country theme. The children's bedroom also carries a bright disposition, with natural colors blending perfectly well with colorful hues.
