Eastwood CyberMall to open by yearend

Electronic Realty Associates (ERA) Phils. Inc., the local arm of a global leader in real estate sales and services, announced that the countrys first electronics and information technology mall, CyberMall, is set to open before the year ends at the Eastwood City CyberPark.
The CyberMall will occupy the first three podium floors of Cyber One, a 30-storey office tower that will house leading IT and other companies. Patterned after the Funan IT Mall in Singapore, this 4,000-square-meter commercial area will be a one-stop-shop completely dedicated to meet consumers electronics, telecommunications and computing needs.
"CyberMall is definitely a first," said Enrique Soriano III, ERA Phils. (CEO and country manager. "As the countrys premier tech mall, it will cater to a fast-growing high-tech niche market."
"Consumers no longer need to drive around the metropolis just to look for the latest electronic devices, mobile phones or computers all they have to do is go to CyberMall," Soriano said.
Each floor in the mall will carry a specific product line. The first level will feature electronic products, from common household appliances to home entertainment systems.
The second floor will be dedicated to personal computers, laptops, handheld devices and other computing devices. The second level will also have a "concept food alley," which will host a number of coffee shops and restaurants.
The third level will feature telecommunications products such as mobile phones and accessories. This floor will also have network gaming arcades and Internet cafes.
The CyberMall will feature a central paging system and play ambient music on every floor for the benefit of shoppers.
As of the end of May this year, 50 percent of the mall has been reserved by top commercial establishments including Kodak, Abenson, Complink, Dynamite Game Studio, Electroworld, Data Blitz, JML Audio, Radio Shack, Compex, Villman, Touchtel, PCN, Photo Depot, Café Nescafe, Imatechand Zuppa.
As a one-stop shopping destination, CyberMall will cater to the residents at Eastwood Citys condominium buildings and the more than 6,000 professionals working at the CyberPark, as well as the shoppers from nearby upscale villages such as Acropolis, Green Meadows, Corinthian Gardens, Valle Verde, Blue Ridge and White Plains.
