Empire East Properties, Inc. (EEPI), the affordable housing arm of Empire East Land Holdings, Inc., is offering new residential phases and specific zones at the commercial center of its Governors Hills flagship project in Gen. Trias, Cavite this year.
According to EEPI vice president for sales and marketing Emil Perez, the company is opening its residential phases 6 and 7, which will offer triplex homes, and phase 9 comprising duplex and single-detached residences.
"The plan to offer new residential phases in Governors Hills is our response to the better-than-expected sales performance in the township," said Perez. "A good number of our customers are middle-income families and professionals who are looking for highly affordable homes that suit their different needs."
For its 16-hectare commercial complex, EEPI is making available to interested investors its commercial lots that are suited to the needs of banks, corporate offices, fastfood outlets, gasoline stations and showrooms. The company plans to establish product- and service-specific zones in the commercial center and develop a dining and recreation hub similar to Megaworlds Eastwood City Walk in Quezon City.
Once fully developed, the commercial complex will boast facilities that cater to the requirements of industrial zones concentrated in the area and needs of residents of Governors Hills and neighboring towns.
EEPIs marketing teams have lined up a series of weekly open house activities as part of the companys stepped-up drive for the 89-hectare Governors Hills community. To beef up its existing satellite sales offices in Alabang and Dasmariñas, Cavite, the company is planning to put up another satellite sales office in downtown Manila by the third quarter of the year.
