Active Group finds constant market for low-cost housing

"There is always a market for low-cost housing," Antonio "Toti" Turalba Jr. says, and on this he is backed up by statistics, conventional wisdom, even the scriptures. Food, clothing, and shelter are the basic (physical) needs of all human beings.
Turalba, is an architect who is now involved in the airline business as chairman of Asian spirit and, soon, possibly even tourism ventures.
He is also the Chief Operating Officer of Active Realty and Development Corporation (ARDC), the land development arm of the Active Group of Companies that positions itself "wherever there is a need" from high-end resort community to low-cost housing.
Thus, theres the Mount Malarayat Golf & Country Club in Lipa, Batangas, and the Town & Country subdivisions in Antipolo, Laguna, Cavite, and Bulacan, and now, San Antonio South (SAS), an economic housing in Biñan, Laguna.
