EEPI slates open house for Governor’s Hills

Affordable housing developer Empire East Properties, Inc. (EEPI) is holding a series of open house activities for its flagship residential and commercial community project, Governor’s Hills, in Gen. Trial, Cavite, on March 3 and 17.

The open house series will feature residential phases 1 to 6 and the recently launched phases 7 and 8. EEPI will also offer the commercial areas of its flagship development to investors. The company’s innovative house designs will be made available to interested lot buyers of phase 8.

According to EEPI vice president for sales and marketing Emil Perez, the open house series is part of the company’s stepped-up marketing drive for the 89-hectare Governor’s Hills community. The company is planning to put up an additional satellite sales office in downtown Manila by the third quarter of the year to beef up its existing marketing offices in Las Piñas and Dasmariñas, Cavite, Perez said.

Governor’s Hills boasts a sprawling commercial area with facilities that complement the requirements of industrial zones concentrated in the area. With a total area of 16 hectares, the commercial complex will cater to the needs of residents of Governor’s Hills and the neighboring towns.
