Sta. Lucia Realty & Development, Inc.’s year-end banner venture Cub Morocco Beach Resort and Residential Estates in Subic remains full blast in constructing various villa components and infrastructure that defines its Mediterranean-inspired water resort community concept. Sta. Lucia also maintains full reign over the management and operations of the venture, including running the full-service hotel and 10-family duplex beachfront villas.
