Following the hugely successful initial offering of Montgomery Place early this year, Ayala Land has decided to launch the second phase of its 7.5-hectare townhouse community in Quezon City ahead of schedule.
Initially programmed for opening early next year, the new phase of Montgomery Place broke ground recently. The launch of Phase 2 is expected to further ease the pent-up demand for this prime property.
Montgomery Place is ideal for those who seek good investments as well as young, start-up professionals who want to live and raise a family in a well-planned and managed community with full amenities right at the heart of the urban center.
Located along E. Rodriguez Avenue in New Manila, the project is proving to be very desirable because of its proximity to commercial and business hubs in the metropolis.
Angie Lacson, Ayala Land vice president who heads the Residential Buildings Group, says Montgomery Place is ideal for those who want to build a home thats just a few minutes from work.
"Moreover, buyers can actually own the land where their units are built, which makes Montgomery Place really attractive especially since land in the New Manila area has become scarce," she adds.
Fully finished, the units range in floor area size from 100 to 173.8 square meters. They fetch a price tag of anywhere between P6.2 million and P9.3 million.
Last February, the first phase of Montgomery Place was offered to the public. Very brisk sales were observed within two weeks of the launch, indicating a huge pent-up demand.
Present during the groundbreaking were Ayala Land vice presidents Angie Lacson (Residential Buildings Group), Marivic Anonuevo (Sales and Marketing Services Group) and Emilio Tumbocon (Construction Management Group), and Ruperto Rodriguez, AVP of Ayala Lands Technical Planning Division. Special guests was barangay chairman Johnny Rabanal of Barangay Kalusugan, where Montgomery Place is located.
