Goodyear’s Worry-free Assurance Program returns with upgraded benefits, fresh look
MANILA, Philippines — Goodyear Philippines Inc. is relaunching its Worry-free Assurance Program, now offering enhanced benefit and refreshed brand image. This initiative ensures that our customers receive a more substantial support exactly when they need it, enhancing their trust in Goodyear tires.
Program enhancements include:
Extended vehicle coverage: Now welcoming vehicles up to 15 years old (for a purchase of four tires), allowing to serve a wider customer base.
Upgraded roadside assistance: The enhanced benefit limit of our 24/7 Roadside Assistance underscores our promise of safety and reliability.
Revamped WFA kit: Reflecting our commitment to quality with a redesigned kit that customers will appreciate.
The two other benefits under the program have been retained:
- 5-year limited warranty
- Road hazard protection for 6 months
Alignment with 3X Quality Campaign: The enhanced Worry-free Assurance Program perfectly complements our 3X Quality campaign, emphasizing that Goodyear tires are not just strong, safe and sustainable but also backed by a program that actively provides peace of mind to the consumer.
Upgraded roadside assistance benefit coverage: The beneficiary is entitled to a maximum of three events per year in case of vehicle breakdown. There is no limit on the number of towing services in case of road accidents with the beneficiary’s enrolled vehicle.
A few notes to remind end-customers to maximize their Worry-free Assurance Benefits:
- The end customer availing the WFA Roadside Assistance (RSA) Service must always call the hotline first to obtain authorization of the services that will be provided via phone call. This way, they can also verify the coverages they are entitled and up to what extent.
- Nationwide coverage, subject to reimbursement basis for those areas falling within excluded areas. However, it is required that a telephone call should first be made to the Service Provider during the actual incident of breakdown/ accident and submit required documents 90 days from date of towing.

The enhanced Worry-free Assurance program is available to all participating Goodyear Autocare Stores nationwide except to those who will purchase Light Truck Radial and Commercial Tires.
