MANILA, Philippines – Land Rover Philippines has finally unveiled the new Discovery Sport, offering 5+2-seating capacity as it positions the vehicle as the most versatile compact SUV in the market.
The Discovery Sport veers away from the industry standard of five seating capacity and added two more seats at the rear to take the Discovery’s versatility to the next level.
A suite of Land Rover innovations has also debuted, including the next-generation multilink rear axle, advanced pedestrian airbag technology, an all-new touchscreen infotainment system, and high-strength steel and lightweight aluminum bodyshell for outstanding performance, safety and efficiency.
The Discovery Sport has also been designed to be environmentally sustainable with only 119g/km of CO2 emissions, comparable to the more affordable and less versatile hatchbacks in the market today.
