Isuzu PH to show off “Trucks For Life” lineup in Clark fest

The Philippine Star

MANILA, Philippines - The country’s leader in diesel engine technology gears up for a spectacular display of its “Trucks For Life” lineup as Isuzu Philippines Corporation (IPC) mounts the 2014 Isuzu Truck Fest, where the company’s range of truck models will be showcased.

Set to be held on May 8 and 9 at Parking B of SM City Clark, M.A. Roxas Highway, Angeles City, Pampanga, the truck extravaganza will be opened to the public from 10 am to 8 pm. Admission is free. Just show up and marvel at the latest range of Isuzu trucks from light- to heavy-duty.

Isuzu Philippines is the country’s top brand in trucks, especially in the light-duty segment where the Isuzu N-Series is No. 1 for 15 consecutive years. The Isuzu Truck Fest began in 1999, with the latest editions held Manila and Cebu in 2013. This year’s first staging in Clark, Pampanga continues IPC’s Truck Fest tradition of reaching out, touching base, and showing appreciation to Isuzu customers nationwide.

“Being the Philippines’ most trusted brand when it comes to trucks and having the Isuzu N-Series as the best-seller in the light-duty truck segment motivate us to always offer the best truck lineup possible,” said IPC president Nobuo Izumina. “Rest assured that we at Isuzu Philippines are aware of this responsibility and wholeheartedly appreciate the trust Filipinos have placed on Isuzu truck models, which have cemented a reputation for their durability, reliability, fuel-efficiency and dependability as business partners.”

To be displayed in the first Truck Fest of 2014 are Isuzu products that are ideal for delivering goods of various businesses, which include variants of the NKR, NPR, NHR, FRR (with tail lift) and the FVR—as well as an NQR articulated crane and NHR refrigerated van—that have aluminum cargo bodies. Joining these are models addressing construction industry needs like the dropside versions of the FVM, FRR and NPR. Also best for specialized requirements are the NPR crane, NPR aerial platform, NPR fire truck, FVR dump truck, CYZ dump truck and the 10-wheeler EXR. Meanwhile, lending flexibility to a variety of commercial purposes are the D-MAX with a Flexiqube body, NHR Flexi Truck school bus, i-Van UV Express and the NPS 75H dump truck.

“The Isuzu Truck Fest certainly offers line-up that addresses every enterprise’s requirements. And along with this diversity and flexibility also comes the guarantee that Isuzu products are indeed Trucks For Life,” Izumina concluded.
