Diamond Motor Corp. – Marcos Highway awarded 2013 Dealer of the Year

MANILA, Philippines - Mitsubishi Motors Philippines Corp. (MMPC) awarded Diamond Motor Corp.- Marcos Highway (DMC-MH) as the “2013 Dealer of the Year” on the occasion of its annual Dealer Conference. DMC-MH bested 45 other dealership outlets on the criteria of facilities, manpower, compliance in systems and procedures and total business performance.

MMPC executives congratulated DMC-MH for bagging the prestigious Dealer of the Year award and challenged all the dealerships to further continue to improve their services and to provide better customer experience to achieve customer satisfaction not only on the products that MMPC offers but also on the services being offered by the dealerships.

The Dealer of the Year is an annual award given by MMPC to recognize the best performing dealer outlet in all aspects of operations and also to motivate each dealer to perform at their best in the areas of Vehicle Sales, Parts and Service and keeping their facilities in top form. This also aims to encourage them to adhere and comply with procedures and support various enhancement programs geared towards providing customers with quality service and total satisfaction. It also aims in further strengthening Mitsubishi Motors brand image as one of the leaders in the Philippine automotive industry.
