Lamborghini Veneno by Monster Audio
MANILA, Philippines - Audio specialist Monster collaborated with Lamborghini to fit the ultra-rare $4.5 million Veneno with their special Pure Monster Sound audio system. The audio system was developed by Noel Lee, the same man behind the popular Beats by Dre line of headphones and speakers.
Toyota i-Road
Part motorcycle, part car, Toyota is testing the iRoad in Japan and France. The two motorized wheels tilt instead of turn, and the steering is done via the single rear wheel.
Self-drifting BMW’s
BMW presented an M235i (and 6-Series GranCoupé) featuring the company’s “highly automated driving†technology. More than being able to drive autonomously on public roads, BMW chose to present high-performance self-driving cars that can drive fast around traffic cones or even drift—thanks to camera-based Lane Departure Warning systems.
Ford C-max Energi with Solar Concentrator
Ford showed off its C-MAX Energi Hybrid with solar panels on its roof. The cool part is the panel above it, a Fresnel lens that concentrates sunlight by as much as 800 percent. After spending eight hours under a canopy of lenses like this, the C-MAX Energi can take a 20-minute trip—gas and carbon free.
Kia KND-7
The Kia KND-7 has a 1.6-liter, 204-hp turbo four-cylinder engine and all-LED lighting.
Toyota FV2
The Toyota FV2 is a concept vehicle for rapid mobile transport. Push a button and the hood opens up, allowing the driver to drive it standing up.
