Team Nissan launches 5-year warranty for its dealers

MANILA, Philippines - LICA Auto Nation Inc., a leader in the automotive dealership industry, has partnered with Asia Warranty Services through LICA Insurance Services and announced the launch of the 5 Year Extended Warranty program for all their vehicles sold at Team Nissan dealerships.

The group offered the program initially in 2011 at their Nissan dealerships but has expanded its program to accommodate other brands they carry. The group maintains that the benefits of a 5-Year Extended Warranty program should be enjoyed by all their customers from any of their Nissan dealers in North Edsa, Shaw Center, Westgate Alabang, Southwoods Carmona, Dasmariñas Cavite, Lipa Batangas , and San Pablo Laguna.

“We have long been an advocate of excellent customer service. Over the years we have created programs to provide our customers a hassle-free experience from acquisition to maintenance & repair. Starting today our vehicles will have a 5 year warranty instead of the usual 3 years/100,000 kms. If the car owner needs additional kilometer coverage, he may opt to top up,” said Tey Sornet, VP and COO of Team Nissan (Tetra Sales and Services Inc.).

The 5-Year Extended Warranty extends the original 3-year warranty given by the manufacturer by adding two more years. The warranty covers repairs caused by sudden electronic, mechanical or electrical breakdown of the vehicle at no additional cost to the customers. “Car owners can simply bring their vehicles to Team Nissan authorized service centers for diagnosis and their claims will be processed within 3 to 24 hours, followed by repair and release of the vehicle. We realize how important it is for our patrons to have their vehicles back on the road immediately” adds Sornet.
