MINI supports Tabuena

MANILA, Philippines - The country’s youngest professional golfer, 16-year-old Miguel Luis Lopez Tabuena, is now being supported by the British United United Automobiles Inc. – MINI Global City.

Tabuena started playing golf at the age of 1 year and 8 months. Encouraged by his parents, most especially his dad Luigi Tabuena since he was a toddler, Tabuena is now the first Southeast Asian Nike Golf Athlete. Miguel Tabuena has been competing in prestigious golf tournaments both locally and overseas. He was a Silver Medalist in the 2010 Asian Games, T27th in the Indonesian Masters, 4th placer in the Mercuries Taiwan Masters, and joined the 1st European Tour Johor Open.

Now, Tabuena will be seen on the road buckled up in different model variants of the MINI. The Iconic British car finally meets its Pinoy Golfer counterpart. Catch Miguel Tabuena this 2012 at the Philippine Open.
