TRS was established in 1999, by brothers and multi-awarded racecar drivers, JP and Mike Tuason, sons of the late racing legend, Arthur Tuason. Together with their wives, Jeanette and Brenda, the Tuason brothers have organized racing career start-ups for different racing disciplines such as karting, circuit car and formula cars. The school provides an accessible entry point via their racing clinics and classes giving individuals a taste of racing without breaking the bank. After the classes, individuals can join the one make series or join the TRS Racing Team. The school also provides racing career management, which provides young up and coming potential champions holistic training, coaching and opportunities to race abroad. TRS’s vision is to make the Philippines the racing hub for the region and to make Filipino racers globally competitive.
“Next to boxing and football, we believe that racing would be the next sport that Filipinos will be well known for and excel in. Filipinos are naturally good drivers and have the innate skill to be fast, we just need to channel it in the right direction and train them on how to be globally competitive” quipped JP Tuason, founder and president of TRS.
