New Kia dealership opens at North Fairview

MANILA, Philippines - Kia North Fairview in Quezon City opened its doors recently, joining five other dealerships servicing this bustling capital city of the Philippines.

The Kia dealership in Fairview is being operated by Green Valley Auto Sales Corp., which has been appointed by Columbian Autocar Corporation (CAC), authorized distributor of Kia in the Philippines, to provide complete sales, spare parts and servicing functions to its wide customer base northeast of Metro Manila. This is part of CAC’s aggressive marketing move to open more Kia dealerships and outlets in the country’s major urban centers.

The opening of the Kia Fairview dealership highlights the concept of Kia convenience – that of bringing Kia closer to home, right near where people live, work, play or shop.

“Kia needs to be brought closer to our customers,” says Mabilog. “We want them to enjoy the kind of service, both before and after-sales, that has distinguished Kia dealership around the world, and we want to experience this now,” he adds.

The trajectory is aimed at tapping the huge market potential in the country’s premiere city northeast of Manila. Mabilog believes that customers are ready for Kia and that the only problem preventing them from making that decision is that too often, Kia is far from where people live, work, play or shop.

“The Kia dealership in Fairview is the answer. We bring the Kia convenience right in your neighborhood,” Mabilog says.

The dealership has Kia’s three S’s – sales, spare parts and service. Customers may come in to inspect the vehicles themselves or browse at car catalogues available at the showroom. Already, such new dealerships have opened in Dipolog, Bohol, Pagadian, Butuan and Zamboanga City, to name only a few of these new Kia showcases, with very encouraging results.

“Customers are confident of a car brand that also promises prompt after sales service,” says Apollo Rosal, CAC’s national service manager. “Our authorized dealers with three S’s (sales, service spare parts) have adequate supply of Kia genuine parts and are variously equipped to handle any mechanical trouble should customers from our boutique showrooms need any. They also do preventive maintenance work and fulfill warranty requirements,” Rosal adds.

“The key to enjoying the trust of potential customers is to make a commitment towards honest, prompt and efficient before and after sales service,” says Mabilog. “We are doing that now and we intend to deliver them constantly and consistently,” he adds.
