GMPh announces dealership expansion

With the Chevrolet vehicles making headway this year in the local automotive market, General Motors Automobiles Philippines Inc. (GMPh), the domestic subsidiary of the world’s largest car manufacturer, announced plans of expansion by opening another Chevrolet showroom in southern Metro Manila.

The new dealership, Chevrolet Alabang, will rise in Lot 104-105 West Gate, Alabang, Muntinlupa City and will be run and operated by the same owners of GM AutoWorld Makati, Heidelberg Motors Corp.

"Chevrolet is General Motors’ most valuable brand and we, at GM Philippines, are very pleased for Heidelberg Motors’ confidence in furthering its venture with us and the brand by opening another exclusive dealership of quality Chevrolet vehicles," said James Lim, president and general manager of GM Philippines.

"We are grateful and proud to open this new outlet which would bring closer to the southern metropolis market the quality cars and services of Chevrolet," said Atty. Eliseo Ocampo, president of Heidelberg Motors Corp.

Chevrolet Alabang will add to the seven existing GM dealer networks including: GM AutoWorld Quezon Avenue, GM AutoWorld Shaw, GM AutoWorld Makati, GM AutoWorld Cebu, Chevrolet Pasig, Chevrolet Pampanga and Chevrolet Davao.
