Situated at the Caltex "Customer is King" service station at the corner of MIA and Domestic Roads in Pasay City, the facility is apparently geared for those who take themselves to the airport. Park n Fly offers parking slots for these people, and also provides a shuttle service to and from the airport so customers can easily pick their cars up after they return from their trip. Logically, the services are available on a 24/7 basis.
Also, Park n Fly has an air-conditioned lounge hooked to the airports flight schedule boards, so up-to-the-minute flight advisories are at hand for the customers. There is a 24-hour travel agency at the facility too, as are an ATM, a StarMart store, a coffee shop with pasalubong center, and a barbershop and salon. Internet and fax services are offered in the lounge as well.
Meanwhile, customers can arrange to have their parked cars be repaired, cleaned or serviced at the Caltex XpressLube centers while theyre out of town too. Clearly, convenience is the word here.
At rates starting at P200 a day and rated for time beyond, the services arent exactly cheap. But judging by the list of goodies offered at Park n Fly, it may well be worth it.
Formally launched for business last week, the affair was attended by government tourism and transportation officials, Caltex execs and Park n Fly owners Conrad Limcaco and wife Ilene, with children Raymond, Robert and Richard, who all share top positions in the family business. And yes, they need not go to the airport all together. Thats what Park n Fly is for. Brian Afuang
