A new era in Davao

YHEST Realty and Development Corp. (YHEST), a joint venture between leading VisMin developer Cebu Landmasters Inc. and the Yuson, Huang and Tan families of Davao’s Villa-Abrille clan, signed a memorandum of agreement with De La Salle University (DLSU) to establish a campus for continuing education at the Davao Global Township (DGT), an emerging business district of the southern capital.

Ground works on Phase 1 of the landmark project has commenced at the Matina District Davao City, one of the densest residential areas in the Crown Jewel of Mindanao.
