The opening ceremony was graced by RSCI executives, led by Ambassador Bienvenido Tantoco Sr. with RSCI chairman Bienvenido “Rico” Tantoco Jr., RSCI president Donnie Tantoco, Dairy Farm International Group CEO Graham Allan and Dairy Farm Regional CEO South Asia Alex Tay. The Bellevue Manila scores Gold Circle award
