Wilcon opens in Cebu

Market convenience, shopping comfort and a wide selection of premium building materials and home furnishings are now within reach of the residents of the bustling province of Cebu as Wilcon Depot opened its 27th branch nationwide in Talisay City.  Joining Wilcon’s visionary founder, the dynamic William Belo at the blessing was the ever-reliable executive vice president and chief operating officer Rose Bosch-Ong who helped shaped Wilcon into a trusted name among architects, engineers, interior designers, and homeowners. The store opening adapted a town fiesta-atmosphere, with a cultural show and a lunch buffet, much to the delight of the various company representatives of Wilcon’s global partners and other VIP guests that included Talisay City, Cebu mayor Socrates Fernandez, Hocheng Philippines Corporation president Sam Chen, Matimco Inc. president and chief executive officer Charlie Liu, Grohe Philippines country manager Alpha Ang, and Mariwasa Siam Ceramics vice president for sales and marketing Jakkrit Suwansilp.  An interesting facet of the new store is the Design Hub where customers can see a virtual image of their new interiors—based on their product choices—in 3D!  Congratulations to Wilcon on the opening of its first store in Cebu!
