Business As Usual

A more-than-just-grand lifestyle

BUSINESS CHIC - Johnny Litton - The Philippine Star

To my dear readers, may the blissful spirit of Christmas enfold your hearts and homes with bundles of hope, love, and peace.

An ultra-luxurious two-tower mixed-use project will soon rise in Fort Bonifacio Global City, Taguig. The Grand Hyatt Manila Residences is a project of Bonifacio Landmark Realty and Development Corporation (with Federal Land, Inc. president Alfred Ty as its chairman). The company is a joint venture between Federal Land, Inc. and ORIX Corporation of Japan led by its senior managing director Harukazu Yamaguchi, corporate finance group vice president Yoshiharu Ishizaki and corporate finance group director/Orix Risingsun Properties II, Inc. president Hiroshi Inui. Expect hotel-style accommodations and lavish amenities, as the high-rise twin tower—with the iconic Grand Hyatt brand to its name—promises to add a new kind of world-class hospitality experience to luxury living. The five-star branded residence is expected to be completed in 2015. With the economy on the rise, the ambitious project is seen as the answer to the growing appetite for luxury brands and a more luxurious lifestyle. “This symbolizes the future of a modern Philippines,” says Alfred Ty during the launching held at the Lexus Manila showroom. Federal Land is a leading property developer with more than 40 years of building quality homes. Here’s looking at luxury living that would exceed one’s expectations!
