Anchor Land among Top 10 developers
Only six years in operation, Anchor Land Holdings, Inc. (ALHI) has been awarded as one of the Philippines’ top 10 developers for 2011 by BCI Asia. The recognition was based on ALHI’s outstanding performance and consistency in delivering world-class projects such as the Admiral BaySuites, an ambitious venture renovating the legendary Admiral Hotel on Roxas Boulevard into a luxury boutique hotel with an adjoining 53-storey residential condominium. ALHI vice chairman Steve Li said the BCI Asia award is testament to ALHI’s corporate motto of 100 percent commitment that has endeared the company to clients and shareholders alike.
