A fantastic evening with Ford

Manila’s high society was treated to an early Christmas present as Ford Group Philippines led by president Rick Baker and Ford ASEAN, Asia Pacific & Africa president Dave Alden recently welcomed Manila’s business leaders at the Turf Room of the Manila Polo Club in Makati. A grand display of world-class Ford automobiles – the Expedition Eddie Bauer EL and the E-150 Club Wagon greeted guests as they made their way to the stylish Ford VIP Lounge for some great cocktails and jazz music by Vince Lahorra. Later in the evening, everyone was ushered to the intimate Christmas-themed venue decked with lighted candles and brightly-colored poinsettias for a delectable 5-course dinner. For the entertainment finale, internationally-renowned baritenor Jack Salud captivated the audience with his rousing renditions of “When You Wish Upon a Star” and “Adeste Fidelis”. It was truly a splendid celebration of Ford’s global achievements as the company generously raffled of exciting prizes such as a lunch in Tagaytay for two chauffeured in a Ford Expedition EL and a 3-day weekend use of the new 2010 Ford Expedition. Gorgeously-potted poinsettias and norfolk trees were handed to guests as Christmas giveaways. Congratulations!
