Landco Pacific Corp. pioneers yet another innovative concept in residential-resort lifestyle living through its first condominium project in Metro Manila, TRIbeca Private Residences.
The development, which is set to rise on a 9.7-hectare property off the Sucat Interchange, fuses the features and amenities that have made Landco’s previous projects pioneers in their respective niche markets.
“Landco always makes sure that it gives something extra in its developments, something to set them part from the others. Even if other developers have imitated our projects, they can’t really outdo the first. We take pleasure in being copied,” says TRIbeca sales director, Barbie Lanuza.
And TRIbeca, she adds, will be another first for the company.
“It will be the only condominium that will offer the residential-resort lifestyle that Landco has pioneered and popularized. At a mid-end price, residents will definitely enjoy high-end amenities,” Lanuza says.
Like living in a resort
“When residents step out of their units, they’d feel like they’re a resort. In fact, you could call TRIbeca a condominium resort as it infuses all the best features of its other residential resorts,” says Lanuza.
Areas lush with flowering plants and trees take inspiration from Landco’s widely-copied Ponderosa Leisure Farms. Vast wide open spaces filled with verdant green and a tree-lined singular circular road (aptly called the TRIbeca Circle), meanwhile, remind one of Leisure Farms.
Then there’s the 1,800-sqm Aqua Park which combines the features of Landco’s other pool attractions.
It will have, for example, the kid’s Water Play area, sunken bar and tree courts of Playa Calatagan; massage cottages and sunken deck areas reminiscent of Punta Fuego’s cabañas; a beach pool that simulates the powdery white sands of Peninsula de Punta Fuego; and an impressive infinity pool, a standard feature in all of Landco’s residential resorts.
“And like that in Landco’s other developments, TRIbeca also offers something new for its residents,” says Lanuza, referring to its Active Spaces.
These are areas filled with amenities that cater to varied fitness and recreational activities—fitness circuits, basketball and badminton courts, social pavilions and barbecue areas, a playground, a game area with a giant chess board and chess pieces, and life-sized doll houses, and a traverse wall for kids and adults, among others.
Lanuza adds that TRIbeca will likewise be a self-contained community with products and services made readily available for its residents.
Commercial and service-oriented establishments will be built into the development.
“TRIbeca’s parking building is also quite unique as it is located away from the residential units. Shuttle services will be available 24 hours a day to help residents go to and from the building to their homes,” Lanuza says.
TRIbeca Private Residences is being developed in partnership with ATR KimEng Land, Inc., an affiliate of ATR KimEng Financial Corp., one of the largest non-bank investment houses in the country.
