Toy Kingdom receives PRA award

Toy Kingdom, the amazing toy superstore, was recently cited as the best toy store in the Philippines, when it received the Category Killer Award during the 2006 Outstanding Filipino Retailers of the Year event held at the Crowne Plaza Hotel in Ortigas Center.
A joint undertaking of the Philippine Retailers Association (PRA) and the Department of Trade and Industry (DTI), this annual awarding ceremony honors the best and brightest names in Filipino retailing.
The Category Killer Award is given to specialties superstores that offer a competitive advantage in the depth of product offering and pricing. Price advantage is generally based on economies of scale, buying power, and rigorous attention to costs.
In its citation, the Philippine Retailers Association said that Toy Kingdom is the country’s "largest toy store chain with branches located in all SM Supermalls. High quality, good product assortment, and excellent customer service make Toy Kingdom the leader in the field."
First established in 1999, Toy Kingdom now has 18 branches with amazing fun toys for kids. By merging entertainment and toys, the Toy Kingdom is an unforgettable one for kids of all ages.
The store interior are equipped with high tech props and lighting effects that give life sized cartoon characters and well loved toys the spotlight. As such, merchandise becomes more lively and attention grabbing, transporting shoppers to the exciting world of being a kid.
