CrownAsia to invest P7.5B for new projects

-
CrownAsia, the country’s biggest builder of masterplanned urban housing, is investing P7.5 billion on new real estate developments in Metro Manila. Following up on the property firm’s decade-long leadership in building homes and communities for middle-income families all over the country, CrownAsia will subsequently launch five major projects before the year ends.

"As a pioneer Master-Planned Community (MPC) Developer in the Philippines, CrownAsia is committed to developing an upgraded line of residential communities," said CrownAsia president Jerry Navarrete."

Citing the property firm’s corporate vision, Navarette said CrownAsia offers homes and masterplanned communities featuring designs of enduring excellence and value which in turn innovate the residential opportunities in Metro Manila. Crown City, a 300-hectare mixed-use development (comprised of residential and commercial areas) valued at P3.5 billion will be launched in July. The 10-year masterplanned enclave is envisioned to become the town center of Bacoor, Cavite which will feature an IT Park, financial district, and commercial center with a symphony of residential opportunities such as single-detached homes, walk-up and high-rise condominiums, and townhomes. The P1 billion Assumption Heights at Antipolo City to be launched on the same month is another-mixed-use project inspired by American countryside architecture. By August, the P500 million Altadena at Pasig City will be unveiled, offering a limited number of townhomes to ensure exclusivity for its prime location conveniently accessible via Ortigas Avenue.

"CrownAsia has become a major player in condo marketing in as short as two years with Presidio by the Bay launched in May 2005 and Presidio New Manila launched in March 2006," said Navarette

The line-up of eight completed CrownAsia communities in Metro Manila consists of Vivace in Imus, Cavite; La Mediterranea in Dasmariñas, Cavite; Madelaine Place and Classic Square in Bacoor, Cavite; Mia Vita in Antipolo City; Beacon Place in Las Piñas City; and La Brea and Grandwood in Quezon City.
