RP scholars welcome AOTS president

-
Philippine hospitality was very evident during the first visit to the country of Tokyo-based Association for Overseas Technical Scholarship president Shuji Ogawa. Many AOTS beneficiaries, including those from the Manila-based Association of Development Financing Institutions in Asia and the Pacific, made it a point to personally thank Mr. Ogawa and Manila general manager Tetsuji Kawakami.

Supported by the Japanese Ministry of Economy, Trade and Industry, AOTS has supported more than 100,000 scholars from over 160 countries through training-related scholarships and cultural exchanges since 1959. MJGrey
