Knowledge Institute organizes 4th RP Business Outlook Conference

It couldn’t be helped that speakers at the 4th annual Philippine Business Outlook Conference were predominantly from government.

The only non-government speakers were HSBC (Phils) president and chief executive officer Warner Manning (who talked about why the market prefers bonds to equities) and Social Weather Stations president Mahar Mangahas (who talked about the leading contenders in next year’s presidential election).

The one-day conference was organized by Knowledge Institute, which has Guillermo Luz as its executive director. Mr. Luz is also executive director of the Makati Business Club. –MJGrey
