Chinabank's cutting-edge web-based, mobile-optimized processing solution ensures a swift and seamless application. In just a few simple steps, you’ll have a Credit Decision within 30 minutes from the point of application submission and once approved, a physical Chinabank Instant Issuance card will be issued instantly:

  1. First, visit a Chinabank Instant Issuance booth with your existing principal credit card from another bank (held for at least one year) and a valid government-issued ID.
     
  2. Second, complete an interview with a Chinabank Sales Personnel, who will collect your information for the application process. You can select your preferred credit card product, though the final issuance is subject to credit evaluation.
     
  3. Third, await an SMS update on your application status–pick up your Chinabank Credit Card at the booth and upon activation, you can start enjoying its benefits.

Pilot pop-up and upcoming news

Last July, Chinabank's Instant Issuance program was piloted at SM Sta. Mesa, where thousands of card applications were received and hundreds of applicants walked away with their Chinabank credit cards in just 30 minutes—a spectacular success! And the excitement doesn't stop there.

Chinabank is bringing this innovative service to more locations: SM Supermarket Fairview and SM Hypermarket Bicutan until September 30.
