P2.9-B DBP loan

MANILA, Philippines - The Development Bank of the Philippines (DBP) and the provincial government of Isabela has signed a P2.9-billion loan agreement recently for the rehabilitation of the Ilagan-Divilacan road and the upgrading of government hospitals in the province.
