SB cards expansion

MANILA, Philippines - SB Cards, a subsidiary of Security Banking Corp. and exclusive franchise holder of Diners Club in the Philippines, has signed a memorandum of agreement (MOA) with Global Payments Asia Pacific Philippines Inc. (GPAP) for merchant acceptance partnership. Diners Club will be accepted nationwide soon in over 12,000-affiliated GPAP merchants with 15,000 POS terminals.
