MANILA, Philippines - AIG, in partnership with KPMG and Norton Rose Fulbright hosted a forum that highlighted the importance of good corporate governance in light of increasing regulatory activity in the Philippines. AIG Philippines president Mark Lwin extreme left said that corporations and countries in Asia are witnessing an increasing expectation for improvements in corporate governance from regulators. Lwin said they hope to address some of the concerns that executives may have and further explain the importance of directors and officers insurance (D&O insurance).
