SME financing

MANILA, Philippines - The Foundation for Filipino Entrepreneurship Inc. (FFEI), in collaboration with the Bureau of Micro, Small and Medium Enterprise Development (BMSMED) has launched SMEplus, a loan portal meant to address the needs of SMEs for easier access to financing. Through this internet-based portal, SMEs can easily post their loan requests while lenders may view and directly communicate with borrowers regarding the provision of loans.  They can also conduct a search for fellow SMEs, service providers, lenders, consultants and other SME programs. FFEI can provide financial consultants to assist SME owners in loan application, documentary preparation and other business services at the Roberto F. De Ocampo Center for Financial Excellence along Valero St., Makati City.  Eastern Communications has partnered with FFEI in hosting the SMEplus Website.
