New RCBC officers

MANILA, Philippines - The Rizal Commercial Banking Corp. (RCBC) has named two new officers joining the ranks of its senior management team. Michaelangelo R. Aguilar has come on board as first senior vice president and segment head of Corporate Banking, while Rowena F. Subido has taken on the role of senior vice president and deputy group head of Human Resources Group. Aguilar is accompanied by more than 30 years of corporate banking and treasury experience gained from the banking industry. He has vast exposure in global markets, trading and balance sheet management, and financial analysis and portfolio management. Subido has brought with her 23 years of comprehensive human resources experience that includes strategic management of processes such as recruitment/talent acquisition, training and development, compensation and benefits, performance management, talent management, and employee relations. She spent more than seven years of experience in the financial and banking industry.
