MegaLink honors biggest rural bank

MANILA, Philippines - MegaLink has named One Network Bank (ONB) as the 2010 Top Onsite ATM Award and the 2010 Top Offsite ATM Award. MegaLink is one of the country’s automated teller machine (ATM) switch operators while ONB is the country’s largest rural bank. The onsite ATM award was for its Mlang North Cotabato branch ATM with 141,747 interbank transactions as of end 2010. On the other hand, the top offsite ATM award covers ATM deployed in Gaisano Mall, Cagayan de Oro City, with 119,404 interbank transactions. Incidentally, ONB is the only member bank that received awards in both award categories.
